Royal Mint Credit Account holders - Anyone had delays in allocating payments ??

As title asks, those here who have Royal Mint Credit Accounts, anyone had delays in payments allocating/clearing to your RM account ??

i made a payment towards my balance on Sunday 24 July, payment authorised on day and showing on my in credit card account as paid/cleared

Yet my RM account is still sat on the same balance owed on Sunday

It is usually the next working day it clears to RM account

Wierd.  Just wondering if anyone else has had issues or delays before i go chasing things up

Can't say I've noticed that, but I have issues paying online, I always get the same fault code come up and payment won't go through. Have to ring up every time I want to pay more then the minimum amount. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Not had any problems Paul , payment usually clears within an hour but this month took 5hrs .

How does one get a credit account?  Do you have to be a Mint Marque member and have an Account Manager?  It would be nice to have the account topped up with funds prior to a release so that I don’t waste time waiting for an SMS PIN when authorising a card payment on release day.

It’s a double edged sword mate, you end up buying more than you normally would😀

and yes, credit accounts are for mint marque customers however there are various tiers available.
