Impressive Sovereign Errors

Quite where they would have been all this time and one graded MS66 is a mystery.

Impressive error with an impressive asking price!

I always thought that the blank or planchet was flat but the image shows a raised edge.

I did joke about "accidentally" making a blunder when I got to strike my own sovereign but I was told they wouldn't let it out of the building if that happened.

Just imagine what a 2022 proof sovereign with a similar error would be worth, it would surely be one of a kind!

IMHO i don't think that these errors are accidental in nature.

When an error is make it always makes headline news and the result is free publicity for the rm!
