First, I want to wish you good luck with your first post on Buy/sell section.

Second, I am confused a little. If you are looking for 1 kilo silver bar in a range of £640-£660, why are you insulting me with offers of £605 for my unique Sempsa bar? If I am able to offer sometimes competitive prices is only because I can, not because I am desperate to sell.😊

I understand that everyone is looking to buy cheap, but when a product for sale is already the cheapest, to ask for further 6% off is in my opinion not in accordance with forum's etiquette.

sorry to have offended im very sorry thiis is my first attempt to use the gforum and though taxes would be added which is why i asked for the discount. if you could give me any guidance id really appreciate it, also if you have any silver bags that might be for sale, regards Dom

Your asking price of £640-£660 is absolutely realistic. I am very sure you will find on forum good deals.

On forum are only final prices, not more taxes added, being private sales.

Casual observer here. Just to note that buyer expenses would normally be on the buyer only and asking for a discount on that basis is never going to happen.

Replying to a post asking for a discount doesn't sound like the right thing to do *if the price is too high you just don't buy*. Posting a wanted advert is absolutely the right thing, maybe someone will take you up on it it's their choice
