closed lose fitting capsules from royal mint

Hi all,

 

This is my first post here and sorry it is a boring one.

I have just taken delivery of silver Robin Hoods and valiant coins from the RM. The valiants come in very nicely fitted capsules but the Robins are in deeper capsules which allow the coins to rattle. This is quite displeasing.

 

Does anyone have any idea why the differing capsules and could you recommend some decent tight fitting capsules for 38.6mm coins ?

Any offers to sell some would be welcome. I require 20.

I have capsules that's are: Capsule outer dimensions 45mm diameter. Inner diameter 38.6mm
