🌟🇮🇷 For sale here is a wonderful Iranian gold 1 Pahlavī 1945! 🇮🇷🌟

Struck in the year of 1324 (1945), this Iranian 1 Pahlavī is of the high relief type and features Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi the King of Iran on the obverse and the striking Pahlavī crown above the Pahlavī coat of arms on the reverse.

The lion and sword depiction flanked by oak and olive leaves is magnificent and certainly evokes a sense of regnal strength and status.

This example is completely uncirculated and boasts a considerable mint lustre. The coin has a denomination of 1 Pahlavī and is comprised of 8.136 g of .900 gold. The melt value on this magnificent piece of world gold is currently £304.42.

The first two dates in the high relief series are of unknown mintage, and as the first year minted, this 1945 example falls into that category. The mintage of this coin remains as elusive as the past of Persia itself! 📕⚔️

This isn't a piece that comes up too often and to get a high relief type of unknown mintage is certainly a bonus - high grade uncirculated too! 🌟

Mohammad Reza Pahlavi is a fascinating character in history, he was a great contrarian and original thinker, I think his thoughts on oil would fit into a green party brochure, but he was a brutal power mad tyrant war monger, he was a drinking buddy of nixon and probably one of the most interesting guys I've read about
