Here I have my brand new sealed iPhone 13 pro max 256gb in silver , 

I paid off my other device plan so can upgrade to this phone and I’ve had it 2weeks and not even opened it so obviously I’m happy with the phone I’m using 😂😂 

so decided to sell my new phone , it’s from O2 so if you on O2 already then you set to go , 

as you can see in pic that the top tab you pull off to open box is slightly opened but can see the rest is still sealed and not been opened  ( I caught it when opening the delivery packet )

Update ive found this on O2 site so as far as I can see this iPhone is unlocked and not locked to O2
