For sale here is a generally elusive type silver Vatican medal featuring Pope Paul VI on the obverse and Jesus as lamb on the obverse.

The reverse of this coin features the Latin motto 'IN CHRISTI AMORE JUSTITIA ET PAX,' translating as 'JUSTICE AND PEACE IN CHRIST'S LOVE' in English.

This is an official Vatican silver Annual Medal of the year XIV (1976) and is designed by Agenore Fabbri and struck in a lovely matte finish.

The medal is comprised of 38.3 g of .800 silver and has a current melt value of approximately £16.36.

This piece is both hallmarked and bears the designer's signature.
