Salam to all.

Have been a stacker for more years than I would like to remember. Initially collected only gold but stopped buying when the $1000/oz was breached and thought ' It can't go much higher?'..........You live and learn

Have actively collected silver from the last five years collecting both bullion and collectible coins and thus balancing buying for profit with buying what is aesthetically pleasing to me . As an example of this eclectic approach, the first coin set that I completed was the Belarus 'Fairly Tales of the World' series, while at the other extreme I have the obligatory collections of Lunars, Pandas Roos, Kooks and the run of the mil bullion.

Are fortunate that for my work I occasionally travel to North America, and have thus started to buy and store in the USA. Have thus been able to get hold of a lot of coinage that is either not available in the EU or is simply to expense to buy, ship and import. Current favourite series out of the US is the 5 oz America the Beautiful series and with the mint pictures for the 2014 releases indicating that this years coins are probably the best there has been so far.

First and foremost be happy in collecting coins and do it because you enjoy it. There are few hobbies that give so much enjoyment and with a little luck, and a lot of skill, can be as financially rewarding as being satisfying

Happy Stacking!
