On the last few launches Daily Mail have released the coin design a few hours before the launch

Mintage seems a bit high on the 2oz gold in comparison to previous releases.

I can't see the RM website crashing this morning or being placed 7345 in the queue.

Do we know if there will be a 1oz silver version and cupro-nickel version for the ordinary person?

I nearly pulled the trigger on the kilo silver then I remembered we need to eat as well.

Seems that there will be an "extended range" coming out separately to this release with lower mintages and 999 coins rather than the sterling £5 versions

I was really interested in the mintage figures for the extended range, didnt know it wasn't going to be out today as well, so not pulled the trigger on the £5 or piedfort versions today but would certainly consider a 2 oz silver in the future with a mintage of 1000

I went to log on at 9:02 and was 3300 in the queue, still waiting now number 563 at 9:20

Apologies the list I posted earlier was for the extended range.

Giving this range a miss, would prefer the extended range.
