Not totally sure on how the design has been achieved. Haven’t been able to find all that much detail.

I think that other image is a stock photo / artist impression. And that the actual bullion coin looks like this:

Want to show this amazing rarity: the George IV 1829 half sovereign mule with 1823 reverse. Ex Terner collection, PCGS PR64CAM. Only 2 are known and the other one is impounded in the Royal Mint collection. The Royal Mint actually struck 4,205 half sovereigns during 1829, but all with 1828 dies.
