I only NZ Post coin I purchased was a silver proof coin showing Bag End where they embedded a circular piece of wood from the actual tree at Bag End for the green circular door on the coin. It even came in a gorgeous box that resembled the round door itself.

I had also purchased a 24ct gold foil stamp of the One Ring.

And, I managed to get my claws on a prop Dwarf-struck gold coin from Thror’s Lonely Mountain Hoard. Like this replica set, except I had the one actually used in the movies.

Those purchases were during the heady days of my youth.  It’s nostalgic to look back and remember these, but life has happened, and I don’t think I could justify splurging for trinkets like these anymore. 😀

I'm usually a $100/oz value for art coins with the planets being spherical so more but $700 plus is too much for a mintage over 200.

The ark is good and 5 oz silver coin but some including the chip coin that looks like a Pringle does look like it was Parrt of king midas lunch. Some modern coins look like they could be plastic pirates treasure quality but some surpass the normal run of the mill stuff like the 3oz blue marble planets.

Well I wouldn't waste my money on these..just my personal opinion..but I know there will be people who like/collect them and its each to their own at the end of the day..I always say...buy what you like...we all have our opinions and tastes....🙂🙂

I do like the Tut mask.  I saw the King Tut exhibit in Los Angeles on a school trip in the 1970's.  It was incredible.
