Apologies for the intermittent downtime. This is the caching issue still causing this, and every time it happens we need to reset the server. Previously we were using memcache, however this is no longer supported and the forum seems to be too large to handle the file system caching that we are currently using. We are looking into creating a MySQL database for the catching, or possibly using redis 

I am currently away with limited internet connection but I am going to try to look at this today, and will try to get a new caching method implemented after a local backup of the database. 

If you happen to notice the forum down again it will be the caching issue, if someone is able to email me (in case I do not spot it e.g. if away from the computer) I can get the server restarted ASAP.

The last 500 page was intentional, we were repairing the database. 

As well as the cache, there seems that it could be caching some issue there may possibly be some other sort of issue which may originate from the application that we have that runs the spot price bar. I have written to the developer of that application, to see if he has any idea.

We are also doing some diagnostic tests, which takes 12 hours to run, which will be started later by our computer technician. That may hopefully give some further info.

Thought that we may have fixed this issue yesterday but I hadn't posted an update just in case. Unfortunately it seems like there are still some issues.

I will likely not post and update again until we have an actual confirmed fix in place. Apologies for these issues, it is extremely frustrating and I will try to get it fixed ASAP, currently still trying to work out what is actually causing it. For the moment I have also temporarily disabled the spot price bar as I think that could also be causing some issues with the database.
