Seeing a collection like this reminds me why I love collecting coins! I feel like a child in a sweet shop. Thanks for sharing.

Cheers it’s a small fraction of what I sell. I am constantly hunting these to sell to collectors

Some lovely bits of history there.  Godless Florin, William IV shilling...

The guineas (and third guinea) are probably only really worth melt, with the possible exception of that last one (1787) if it isn't ex-jewellery as well.  I'd definitely keep that one 😊

Have you gone through the predecimal silver and bronze for rarities and varieties?

So sad to see such beautiful coins butchered for jewellery...

I just haven’t had a second to really sit down and go through it all to be honest.

Although I’m ‘working from home’, I’m flat out with my precious metal biz, I have never known it to be this busy before, I just don’t seem to have time to scratch my ass, yet Technically I should have tons of time!

Many thanks, Elliot

I'm working from home too, and likewise my workload has increased as I now have additional daily responsibilities as a result of the Covid-19 situation.  And my employer has 'asked' me to take a 20% salary cut as well.
Hey ho.  At least I still have a job and some income for the moment 🙂

^^ Very nice.  It's had some life, but still looks lovely.  All the better actually to my eyes, for having had some circulatoin.

I have an 1872 in similar grade although I'd say yours is a bit better.  Die number 96:
