Went to the Perth Money Expo today and picked up the Kookaburra 1oz silver coin with the floral privy mark. This was issued especially for the show, mintage 2,000.

It looks like the privy is almost enameled, or is it just pad color printing? Thanks

Bought from @ChardsCoinandBullionDealer. 2018 1oz Australian Silver Kookaburra (BU). Obverse: The Ian Rank-Broadley likeness of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the monetary denomination. Reverse: Portrays a flying kookaburra designed by Neil Hollis against the backdrop of a full moon. The inscription "Australian Kookaburra", the Perth Mint's "P" mint mark and the 2018 year-date are also included in the design.

The 2018 silver Kookaburra not only features a gorgeous design, they are also produced in a limited mintage of 500,000 coins. The laughing kookaburra is the largest member of the kingfisher species, and a bird synonymous with the Australian bush. This bird species is indigenous to Australia and is known for their call, which is said to sound like echoing human laughter.

My date run to 95, I’m stopping right now, are you listening @Jamesd (special mention as you teased a challenge), it’s definitely 5 years more than I planned already. Really pleased I’ve gone further, as they were originally date runs from birthdays; even got the odd privy coin in there, example picked out which I quite like.

Got plenty of space in these 2 nice boxes supplied sometime back by @morezone my kids will hopefully carry this on, now I’ve got them hooked.

Lovely collection buddy. I still think you'll go on lol😀

Guess you knew all along @Jamesd

Sole gap is because I don’t want to take the two 96 first day covers out of envelopes. Will try and add a few more privy coins, if they appear. This is my favourite silver collection. Neat, compact in lovely boxes.

Our in house photographer had the Kooks out yesterday and captured this shot I felt was worthy of a post here!

This is really a perfect shot of a beautiful coin, respect !

My girlfriend does photography as a hobby, she has almost 10K followers on instagram but after seeing this photo, I think she can start with a new topic of making photo's.

This is really an inspiration !
