The legendary Beskar alloy, known also as Mandalorian iron, is highly prized throughout the galaxy for its extreme strength and durability. Developed on Mandalore for its warriors as a powerful armor, it can withstand blasters and even resist a lightsaber's strike. In addition to its extraordinary resilience, Beskar is able to be shaped according to a warrior's desires and so proves quite versatile. In ingot form, this precious metal is melted down into bars featuring a wavy surface that is then stamped with the Galactic Imperial Crest for authentication. So valuable and versatile is Beskar that in ingot-form they are used as a convenient store of value or means of exchange. Mandalorians have an almost religious connection to Beskar and believe it belongs only in the hands of their people.

Worldwide mintage 1,000 coins for the 10 oz and  50,000 for the 1 oz coins.

Been waiting for these for a few days when I first noticed them on apmex, was in the process of buying some other coins so have been holding off on buying waiting for these to become available... the wait and constantly checking apmex is killing me.

Heads up on the pricing on these, I ordered some of the 10oz from European Mint because it was cheaper than APMex... for the 1oz coins, the situation is reversed and APMex is cheaper.

EuropeanMint only takes payment in BitCoin (and other variants) or bank wire in EUR specifically though, and shipping was something like 45 euros as well.  Still fairly cheaper with APMex having them priced at $600 (now in pre-sale for both sizes)

Maybe these both will show up on other sites eventually?  The Niue coins do seem appear on other sites as well.

I placed my order about 5 minutes after these went live on apmex, when I placed my order the 10oz was $469 and they had a lot in stock, about 30 minutes later they were $499 and had half the stock I just checked now and they are $699 with 10 left in stock. I also get about 30 of the 1oz beskar bars.

The 10oz bars went VERY quickly and the premium jumped very high.

Thanks, I thought I saw a price of $499 but when I went back to the site I saw it was $600, thought I had imagined it!

Difficult to believe GSBe hasn't got an allocation of these, especially given their Perth Mint connections.

I thinked they come from the New Zealand Mint. But no matter which mint, this is an APMEX exclusive "from" Niue, so the mint didn't had to hold some back in Australia / NZ.
