Not getting notifications on coin releases?

I've been waiting for the past 3 months for the next coin in the great engravers series but ended up missing it by one day because I was never notified about the release. I know some people got notified one day before the release - Where did you sign up for these notifications? I get notifications all the time from the royal mint but nothing about this coin...

Any information is appreciated, I really don't want to miss anymore in the future

You didn’t do anything wrong. Royal Mint’s marketing department should be lined up against a wall and shot. They are that bad.

They released David Bowie’s part 2 coin release on the same day as Alderney Mints Three Graces (a Friday) when every other Royal Mint release is on a Monday. Most who went for a Three Graces Alderney coin missed Bowie ad no emails went out.

I’m fully expecting a sales brochure in the post later this week telling me about all the wonderful coins they no longer have in stock 🙄

Probably have made a lot of purchases or have account manager for notifications for the popular ones.  Got email for the Mr Men, nothing for Griffin or Graces. Its basically a closed shop now, not surprising with such small mintage and known high demand.

I signed up for email notification only a week or so before the TG release. I received the email along with most others, the day before in plenty of time.

It was most unusual for them to actually be punctual this time though.

I too didn’t receive the email about Thre Three Graces launch. I’ve been signed up to their emails for two years now but oddly I didn’t receive that one.

seems to be a toss up as to whether or not you will receive notification. I was notified about the Una and the Lion bars at the end if the day after their release and I didn't receive anything about the engravers coins. Similarly I was notified before the release of the mr men and the natural history museum collections. Seems I'm more likely to be notified about the less popular items
