As a sovereign collector i may be interested in an exchange for my newly arrived Three Graces 2oz Silver coin that arrived today.  Just looking what anyone might be willing to exchange . I'm not looking to sell and will be sending it to grade if nothing suitable turns up. Thank You.

Well looking at early prices the coin is selling between £1500 and £2200 .  I've got no preconceptions . Just happy to listen to any offers .  Thank you for any people given their time  .

As youve started the thread you'll need to at least state your asking rate for exchange  (x amount of sovs for your item).

Any offers may arrive afterwards but you need to start somewhere.

I'll try my best to post some photos as condition is every thing with this coin. I've been offered 5 Sovs so far . Condition and dates not known. I'm being a bit vague i understand . Basically i collect any dates , prefer shields (who doesn't) . i'm just open to any offers that members feel is a fair deal. Please don't be offended if i decline . I've missed out on Coins before from the mint so i understand how some people are felling .

Please can you state an initial asking price, as per forum rules, to help with your exchange.

As it’s an exchange the asking price doesn’t need to be necessarily an amount in a monetary (currency) terms.

An amount could be an amount in coins, e.g. looking  to exchange for 60 x 1oz silver coins.

The trade section can’t be used for a sealed bid type of auction where there is no asking price.

OK as i had no photos it was difficult to set a price. I have now set a price of £1800 based on a examination of the coin. My concern would be the two tiny marks under the A in Elizabeth . I dare not open the capsule to look closer . They could be marks on the capsule. Overall the coin is fine as one would expect. I would like to exchange 5 to 6 sovereigns .
