Scottsdale bar, is this one real or fake?

So I have a 1oz bar, and I never really noticed until now, but it doesn't have that double lip rim that you usually find on the outside, and the letters don't appear too crisp. What's everyone's opinion? (Non magnetic and the right weight on the scales)

I would not want to say if it is or not ,however a good indication is the eye and the diamonds on the Crown,

also the reverse (this might need further research) should be an almost matt finish rather than Proof like.

The bar below is the most common Fake at present, I think that they are brass or bronze mix to get the weight.

I think also the "in god we trust",is a slightly different size.

Really hate things like these, can you get your money back if it's not legit?

All from bbp for reference

I was just about to say it would be nice to see a real one for reference.

I bought a silver bar on Ebay a few years ago that turned out to be fake. I took a file to the edge to expose the brass underneath and sent the image to the seller. He wanted it back but I said it's illegal to post counterfeit goods in the post. Still got it as a reference piece.

So been offered a refund as long as I return the item, where do I stand with that? I'd rather not post the item back just so someone else ends up with it

He's gonna keep selling them everyday anyway. Just return it and get your money back. Then slaughter him on the feedback. I'm gonna get his ebay account shut down in the near future hopefully.
