Has anyone got information of Angela Pistrucci designed Sovereigns,  as i can not find reference to them anywhere.

I think they are great designs and there are a couple of other companies doing 'Sovereigns' too.  I particularly like the East India Company 2019 Sovereign and its shield reverse.  I do feel they are all rather expensive - but then the mintage's are often low.  They can add some nice variety but at a lofty premium - I think.

I now know that these are expensive but I love the story and history behind the Pistucci family.  I love the way Angela has portrayed the battle of George and the Dragon from start to The dragons demise.  Also the Quality and design of each coin is so good.  Now before i start another collection i will look to all of you for advice, as i have seen how much help is available through the forum.

@Murph ... as you said, they’ll lose value.  Lovely coin this one though - sold today at a loss of about £350 😯
