Has anyone used essential bullion.

Hi I've been looking for a 1/2 Britannia. Everywhere seems to be awaiting stock. This company(essential bullion) seem to have an abundance of everything. 

It says they are registered in Hatton garden but use words like coupon.

If anyone has any info, I will be grateful.

Personally no - I think it would be worth calling.

They have a few reviews on Trustpilot - but not enough for me to be confident using them.

I would also check if they genuinely have the items in stock......that is probably the critical bit!

Just looked into it further, it's a one guy operation, started June last year. So if the royal mint doesn't have it, I suspect your right, won't have the stock.

They must spend a lot on google ads as they always seem to pop up when I browse the web.

That forumite was me. It took a while for them to come, about 10 days but they did arrive ok. I noticed that straight after I order they hiked the price up lol. But I did receive what I ordered, well packaged and in good condition so I'm not grumbling.

Most stuff is premium heavy, even at volume. Some isn't bad, they offer a six week interest free layaway scheme as well. They'll be doing their own store credit cards next 🤣

Hi, I actually think Essential Bullion provides excellent service actually. I've bought multiple times from them with no issues. I think this is supposed to be a fair forum, I hope people who've actually used the service comment rather than speculation. I can see another Bullion provider is on here so seems a little tactical to me... hmmm

Nope, I am genuine silver stacker who has never brought a piece of gold in his life. I was keen to balance my collection out a bit and essential bullion were offering a better deal than anyone else. Airing on the side of caution I asked the question and received a balanced reply. 

This is the second month of being a member, this seems to met that this is a fair forum but you will notice over time that opinions do differ.

Hi, I'm referring to Backyard Bullion. As a neutral buyer I think it's unfair to goad unless you have actually bought from them or got a verified consumer review. Tired of seeing speculation and hearing hearsay. 

Personally I think it would've been a little more classy for Backyard Bullion to respect verified reviews than encourage mocking, seems a bit like bad-paint others and hope the public will buy from them instead. Just being honest!

For clarification Backyard Bullion isn't a precious metals dealer, he is a hand poured artisan and makes hand poured silver items out of precious metals. So I don't think he has made a tactical post how you believe he has, I wouldn't even say he is a competitor to a dealer selling bullion and coins as they specialise in completely different products.

Hi, sorry but I have to say your user profile logo seems very similar to the Backyard Bullion icon. Backyard Bullion sells silver so from the public point of view he is a competitor to Essential Bullion and all the other dealers out there selling silver whether govt minted or not. 

It wouldn't surprise me if you were part of their team. My concern is perhaps he could be nicer to people and let the public decide what their experience is rather than a dictation of non truths whilst profiting from bad painting other dealers. People serious to buy and have bought from Essential Bullion will tell the world about their experience - don't you worry.

@BullionStacker, my profile photo is of a TSF round, these rounds were produced by @BackyardBullion.

Please check my profile page to see who I am in relation to The Silver Forum, and then it may be more clear as to why I have used a TSF branded round as my profile photo

Looks like @BullionStackr is Essential Bullion. Joined the forum yesterday in what appears to be a move to support Essential Bullion. Already attacking Chris Silver and BYB. Didn't answer Chris' reasonable question about any relationship with the dealer Essential Bullion.
