Same site, says 'private mint'. Definitely Apmex made/makes them, but as @tallthinkev has likely spotted a Sunshine Mint version it may be a design produced by a few of them.

Yeah, on a closer look, the image which Golden State Mint has on its page features slightly different design. It is actually really difficult to find an image with the same design as in the OP, which is strange.

So coming back to the original question, just list them as Saint Gaudens rounds, if no more info becomes available.

no I can put them up here i have them listed on ebay cause I'm unsure of value thought there would be the  best place
