Looking through the information i think goods moved from Eire into Northern Ireland and taken into GB could be sold second hand in GB and 'no VAT' charged. Moved as possessions, stock before sale and then sold in GB second hand on the margin relief scheme. There looks like there is enough wriggle room to do this. i have not spent a lot of time looking at this but i think a creative mind could find a solution here - and it seems it has. So for me, being a pirate, this looks kosher.
