Trying to identify maker but no markings found

Hi everyone, I am trying to identify the maker of this silver plate teapot but can't find any markings at all. There may have been a makers mark on the base but the burner has left the base charred and probably wiped out any markings that may have been there. Just hoping the design might be a clue to the maker. Hope someone on here can help  This was bought on impulse as I thought it was pretty. When I got it home I found a sheet of paper inside  explaining that it was previously owned by one of Charles Dickens family members so I have been trying to research it without any joy so far . Any potential makers names would be appreciated Thanks
