Has anyone grabbed one of the New Zealand Mint's silver foils featuring the map of Middle Earth from LOTR and The Hobbit? 

Whether you have or not yet, what do you think of it? Here's a photo, and the specs are listed below the image.

 

Product Specifications: 

• Limited Mintage of 2,000
• Officially licensed Lord of the Rings Collectible
• Made from .999 fine silver with a weight of 35 grams
• Produced by the New Zealand Mint
• Arrives with special thematic box and Certificate of Authenticity
• Obverse: Displays the Queen Elizabeth II legal tender over a tiled background featuring the New Zealand Mint logo. Inscriptions: “ELIZABETH II”, “NIUE”, “TWO DOLLARS”, and “2021”.
• Reverse: Features a map of the fictional Middle Earth over an exposed silver sea. Inscriptions include all the location names in the realm of Middle Earth.

Wow, looks incredible (the only thing I'm not sure about is the plastic (?) cover, only because it doesn't stand out much).

Are they all sold out, I'd love one of these!!!

You can take the product out of the plastic and also remove the protective cover if you want.

Sheesh 100£ for about 1 ounce only way is if I could resell this. Its incredible though how much weight in the sheet though

Definitely an art/fan collector piece, I would absolutely love this, imagine keeping it with your original editions of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings - that's pretty much the ultimate for a fan!

It's 35 grams and looks to come beautifully packaged
