I've bought from them many times.  Their service is good, occasionally the (new) bullion coins they have sent me have some small scratches but that's how they will have left the Royal Mint.  I haven't returned any of them, given that they are bullion coins and sadly it's the luck of the draw.

I'd say buy with confidence from them, though.
