Parcel stuck at Langley

Hello Forum Members!

I would need your advice on my situation. I have a parcel sent from UK to Croatia and per track records, it says it has been awaiting dispatch since 15th October. Seller tried contacting them and they said it had to go by land so it would take up to Dec 8th. I think it is BS from their side. 

I am trying to make a claim or contact them in any way, but I am having difficulties finding contact since their "help" site is constructed so it runs you in circles. 

Any help would be most apreciated.

I would definitely make use of the numbers provided by @Seasider above. I once had a similar problem with a package that seemed to be stalled at Langley HWDC. Eventually I rang them and it turned out the CN22 label had become damaged and they were waiting to find out what was in the package to value it and tax it properly 🙄 I had it a couple days after the call. Coming from Croatia its unlikely to be a customs label issue but it could be something similarly small which can be solved with a quick call.

I would be more worry by Croatian airport, than London! Croatia the only European country which did not remove former hardcore communists(and I dont think on normal socialists) from power in 90s till today. Now former communists together with BND rule country, not just in always German oriented north Croatia, but also in always Allied oriented south/sea Croatia, where CIA and MI5-6 sucks hard from BND, lol haha!
