Gold 1/2 sov

Hi all, 

Looking for some advice. 

I'm wanting to buy a, gold 1/2 sovereign (2005) for my daughters 16th in January 

I was Thinking of having it made into a necklace or am I better getting a boxed graded one as a keepsake? 

I'm Thinking it'll affect the value massively if I have it made into a necklace rather than it being a graded piece in a box

Any advice?

She really wouldn't mate lol my daughter was my first son has been since she was nine years old "little Messi" was her nickname when she played football played centre mid wanted up front, so manger gave her a shot I told her I'd give her fiver a goal! Five she put away that day!!! Gutted! I know my girl this is right up her street
