in full Sovereign you have 0.25 oz of Gold?

I've seen a few auctions recently where they're saying a mint condition proof is on offer and they've taken the proof out of the capsule and taken photos of it, not mint anymore!

I'm not sure about their bullion prices but now I know where to go to get a bulk purchase of Fray Bentos pies 😀

Is there any place where you can get hold of the details of the older than 3 months completed auctions? I always come across worthpoint but have never signed up to it, has anyone got experience of the site?

That's my point, the guy sells pies and tent pegs but also has a quarter million in bullion priced to NEVER sell in a million years with £599 postage on everything 🤔

Sounds like your typical "Place an order, then use that money to buy from somewhere else cheaper to fulfil said original order" sales tactic.

I remember there was a sudden explosion of "sellers" back in the early 2000's who were advertising the latest limited edition first release Xbox's or whatever it was at massively over inflated prices, who were actually just using the customer's money to then buy said games console from XYZ distributor. Seller never actually had them in stock.

Must be difficult to make money that way. The eBay fees are probably about 15%!

It’s called robbing ‘Peter’ to pay ‘Paul’, it’s happened for 100’s of years.

Not that I condone it in any way of course.

But it happens, big businesses and major banks are doing the same every day.
