Is there a member that can date (in good faith)the age of my 1-kilo silver bar stamped 150 and 999

it is a small bar and quite thick (1 inch),
Hoping to hear from some one Cheers Dennis

Any pictures?

Your title refers to me to the Drijfhout en Zoon company in Amsterdam, which does not exist in it's full operation anymore, meaning they don't make bars, but some other small business. These bars are getting rarer by day now..

When seeking advice or information, it is always worthwhile including as much information as you already have..

Such as photos (now supplied), although bigger (but cropped), better, clearer ones, showing all the marks in full, would have helped, as would adding a text transcription of them. Rotating images can also be helpful, as also providing separate photos of relevant details.

This would all have helped you or others to indentify the maker correctly. Dating it is another matter, although probably not important to most bullion investors or bar collectors.
