From personal experience, I can highly recommend @Alun for boxes.  

I have QB box and it is of the highest quality - beautifully designed and made.

The hinges and closing magnets are a particularly nice touch.

Not in the same box No, However I do have a box for the 1/4oz Gold (in stock)and also a separate one for the 2oz.
