I feel your pain.... although not this coin... I have sent another back 3 times.... and I was told it went through quality control

i got told on phone to them last week that the last batch of of 2oz gold were due to go out Friday 25th this week 

They were going out in three batches

I did ask about my 2oz gold when I spoke to customer services just now. They are re-striking it and should be with me in a week or two

Maybe they send the best coin to the angriest customer who makes the loudest noise, the second best to the second angriest, and so on.

Was it an auction / eBay or something else? would be tempted to sell mine for that rather than grade (presuming quality is OK when I get my second attempt!)

I think this just goes to show that eBay isn’t the best place to sell expensive coins (although some do sell).

The guy i spoke at RM about 10 days back seemed pretty certain & totally credible on the dispatched dates i posted here but it doesn't seem to have worked out this way 

i wonder why the delay ? 

upon release, it was dispatch within 10 working day
