Are these silver Military badges?

Picked these up today, really have no idea about them, Payed melt value on them but they are unmarked, the tarnish does suggest silver..Any ideas about these??

The one on the left intrigues me. It's similar to the SAS cap badge which has the motto 'who dares wins'. I assume it has a pin on the back.

I must admit the one on the left is the one i am mainly interested too, but since they come together thought id post them both, it does have a pin on the back yes, but no marks at all so maybe foreign?
