Black spot on 99 silver

Hello to all, I got 2 RCM bars from ebay this week and 1 of this bar have black spot on him.

My questions is this : * on pure silver can be black/brown spots ? * there is away that it is fake bar ? * this spots can affect on the bar price ? * can/should I clean it or that ok ?

Yes pal there can be black/brown spots on RCM bars or any others especially  just plain bullion bars. Personally the bars as far as I can tell from photos look genuine to me. I wouldn't bother cleaning them I don't think it would make any difference to the price as they are just plain bullion bars, annoying but no big deal.

The problem with common sense is, its not that common.

This is tarnish - silver tarnishes, sometimes it happens more than others - sometimes it is rainbow colours and the value of the item goes up. You could remove it with one of the 'silver dip' formulations around. i would not bother - a bit of tarnish on older bars can add to the value.
