On a brief glance they seem to be dealer retail prices for the sovereigns that I am interested in.

Got mine just after 10am and flicked through it at morning coffee break.  Really pleased and looking forwards to a deep delve into it over the weekend! 

A few comments above on pricing - not looked in depth but did have a cheeky look at the 1989 Sov - it continues to do well...
