Recent price action is nicely supportive, as we are still around £20 and the moving averages are catching up.

The r-Silver ratio has already contracted from 1.65 to 1.4. My guess is that we're probably still closer to the start of the correction than we are to the end of it, and another few weeks are probably needed.

I have money ready to deploy but not in an immediate hurry.

What exactly is the r-silver ratio? Googling the term only returns GSR which being 1.4 at the moment is unfortunately not the case

I thought I was done buying but just got some Pre 1947 shillings for 24p  a gram on Ebay which is more than I have paid previously but they are averaging 30p a gram so could not resist a bargain

What are you paying per shilling?

Great find! I've found that Ebay tends to be week or two behind on major silver price moves and always good for a lucky bargain!

I am watching an update to my last post and the shadowstats are also seeing anomalies.  The market is being rigged to raid gold and Silver to get stock for the contracts because people are taking delivery and they have not got it in my humble opinion.

The premise seems to be contracts roll over to later months as there isnt any supply for delivery. There is another simple reason, the contracts are bought by speculators that dont want delivery, so next month, next quarter or end of year is fine for them. The fact they ignore this possibility, means you should probably ignore their conclusions as they are flawed.

This is still part of the pull back..... things do not go up in straight lines..... some volatility is back which isn;t bad

Wait. You can't possibly be suggesting we are not going to go straight to $100 dollars before christmas are you?

But. But. That is what all the youtubers with an interest in selling me silver told me.

Actually that's not what I said ... at all.... Buy on dips to load up the portfolio... long term investment strategy..... over the coming year (into 2021) low rates and high inflation will have an effect. My personal opinion and not classed as investment advice 🙂

Ah sorry. I was just joking with you. It just seems that a lot of people seemed really shocked that silver pulled back and it hasn't gone straight up to a ridiculous price. I blame the Youtubers who have have an interest in selling silver and keep coming up with ridiculous prices and anytime the price drops blames manipulation.

I agree..... it will rise but with opportunities to sell at some good levels and reacquire when it dips...... Stocks took a pounding yesterday...over the next few days it will be interesting on what happens now
