Are you still buying?

Hi all,

New to the forum but have been gathering Gold\Silver for some time. Are you all still buying at these prices?. I am happy to see recent rises somewhat justified my decision to buy. At the same time I would like to accumulate more.

I am even considering Platinum....

My fear is that waiting to buy more gold for pullback could be risky as we could be at the beginning of big jump. I have money available sitting in cash.

Any thoughts appreciated.

I just started to buy PM in the last few months. But with the price of gold and silver going up I'm having to save for longer in order to buy.

If I had the money to hand I would buy because I'm planning on keeping my PM for the long term(20+years) before I start thinking of selling.

Pretty much stopped buying unless very good price or something I collect. I am now looking more to pruning what I have when the deal / time is right.

That is just my personal view and not advice or “expert” opinion 😀

i keep buying. If you believe the market has topped out then sell - if you don't believe it has then why would you stop buying?

Always cast your vote - Spoil your ballot slip. Put 'Spoilt Ballot - I do not consent.' These votes are counted. If you do not do this you are consenting to the tyranny. None of them are fit for purpose.
A tyranny relies on propaganda and force. Once the propaganda fails all that's left is force.

This question came up a few months ago after sharp gold price rises. My answer then was that I had decided I was going to take a break but failed and inevitably made several purchases. My plan over the last couple of weeks was the same - to watch and not buy. Then I bought a gold proof £2 and this years 100g silver forum silver bar. Once more I seem to have failed.

Ah well.

^^What AZ&M said.

I'm buying gold. Just gold for as near spot as possible, doesn't need to be scarce/rare or even pretty.

Of course there's always an exception to every rule. 😅
