European Mint: How do I pay shipping on a storaged order?

I guess the next group order will be several months away, so I'd like to ship and order that is is currently in storage, but I can't find any explanation on the European Mint website on how to pay shipping. There's no "pay shipping now" button on my order page.

Typically you have to send them a short email detailing the order numbers you’d like shipped. You will then receive a delivery invoice to pay from Capital Logistics. This invoice will be added to your order history. They are usually pretty quick to respond.

You can join this group order if you want. You can just email admin@europeanmint.com and cc in myself (info@backyardbullion.com) requesting to have things added to the group order and we can get it processed. 

Next delivery is expected around mid to late August.

Free storage should be okay until October so I guess there's plenty of time.
