Probably Fake

I am afraid fake.  Look up 'house clearance sovereign' and you will get a very good idea about the vast quantity of counterfeits for sale.

Sorry about that.

The wording on the slabs got me thinking fakes initially, not to mention the price. You would have thought someone would have googled them for authenticity at least, Perhaps they did and chanced an arm to see who they could get on the hook. I'm not in to slabbed coins since I can't afford the premium. At least it was a good laugh.

I almost got conned on one of those house clearance 'deals'.

I have that 2015 Kook in 10 oz if you want to compare, but I doubt its genuine.
I guess the recent interests in the silver market price changes are pulling more traction.

yours not mine ;)

Are people really that gullible?

Anyone who owns genuine slabbed coins knows they're worth much more than that.

Sure. Folk that inherit them on the other hand... plenty of genuine clearance stuff end up in auction sales from what I read on here. The buyers end up paying spot or more so they don't get a great deal, but the poor sellers lose 30%+ on auction fees without apparently realising how easy it is to liquidate bullion gold near spot!

These ones however are no doubt fake.

What do you think fake or real, someone selling them as a house clearance for £55 posted. The old adage too good to be true.
