Has anyone placed any order with The Bradford Exchange?

I'm still waiting on a coin, placed the order in MAY,  yes May, and tried contacting them by email and phone and ..... nothing

Not much. I saw on Facebook that someone purchased a coin from them for £5 and £3.99 postage, but then was charged £40 after receiving the coin. 

 

This is because in the fine print of the same, it states the actual coin price. Which isn’t obvious to one who does not read fine prints or terms and conditions before purchasing products.

I have heard many horror stories about the Bradford Exchange, so I avoid it like the plague. Way overpriced is the most common complaint.

They used to sell collectable picture plates way back when. My parents in law had loads of them. Didn't know they sold coins, plate market died I guess.
