Help identifying stamp on bracelet

Hi there! So I’ve had someone tell me that the mark is an Egyptian assay mark for sterling THEN I’ve had someone tell me it’s a 900 silver purity mark.  So, which is it, where is it from, and can you value please?  Thank you so very much!!😊

The two marks are Arabic marks - the first is a 9 and then two 0's. So: 900. The second is the year, and I cannot read this very well, but it looks like 1976/1977. There is no maker mark that I can see from the pictures sent. As for value - you will only learn the melt value unless you can give more information....oh, and to get the melt value you need to confirm the weight!!

i presume it is 90% silver. - If so the silver content is 0.9 x 44 = 39.9g = 1.27 troy ounces.
Spot is $18.56 right now so it's silver at spot is priced at $23.63.
Not a big price for an Arabic silver bangle from the bazaar.

Def not worth melting. Very cool bracelet. Atleast to me being from across the world where that's from. I love Egypt as well. 👍 Nice piece.
