Any thoughts on origin of this pretty little Teapot?

Hi,

I'm assuming this is a teapot ?  It's only approximately 100mm, 4 inches tall to the lid excluding the knob.

I imagine it's EPNS although it feels substantial and heavy. The knob on the top is held with a small butterfly thread which seem clumsy considering how attractive it is. (I find it attractive anyway).

The only marks I can see are 41 above 10 you can see in the picture. In the lid is also a simple 10

Can anyone tell me... is it European? The style is distinctive but I can't think where it might come from. I imagine it would only make one cup!!

Any thoughts would be amazing.  Thank You.
