Sorry, that was an error as I copied the other Prize Draw that was open to All members and hadn't realised the text at the end of the title.. The beginning of the title did also say that it was open to Gold/Platinum members and the terms and conditions at the bottom stated this. I have fixed the error. This is a Gold/Platinum draw.

But there is a draw open to all members for a chance to win a 1g Gold Bar too, here:
