I am sure many of you used them before, but i received a basic email saying to wait, and then this is on the screen .  Do I get a green light to pay??

Brilliant company, normal procedure don't worry. When you pay there isn't an immediate confirmation either, but don't worry, you get that in a few hours too. I got my delivery in a couple of days of payment.

Oh thank you, I tried online banking as I have avoided using direct payments. But I bit the bullet. The name is not Goldsilver,  which was a bit if a red flag and i couldn't pay by card. But I paid and I am soo excited 😁  thanks to @daca

We can all blame this got for actually saving me money 💰  despite the high cost!!!

I made that mistake; I paid too early without a  reference number and my transaction failed twice. The guy should really make it clearer on his website though, I can't be the first person to do that.

I've just been reading through an old thread from 2018 about Goldsilver.be. It does NOT look good.

I've got an order with them for £530 in silver coins. I'll wait and see what happens, but I am very nervous of this company. The best I can hope for is that the order is delivered. I was thinking of buying a 1oz platinum coin from them, but I would not risk it now.

The order will be delivered.

Goldsilver.be are an entirely reliable Company with a slightly odd approach to customer service. Some people don’t like that, others are fine with it.

"The best I can hope for is that the order is delivered" - at the risk of sounding repetitive, half the forum use GoldSilver.be with no issues, so why are you worried about receiving the items?

People place far larger orders at GSB. They are an authorised dealer for Perth Mint, have been around for ages. Everyone gets their stuff, including the people in that thread. The problem is some people like paying Lidl prices but for some reason expect M&S customer service. Just sit back, relax, and wait for the postman.
