There is a Youtube channel called "The Swedish Investor" where the creator takes popular books about investing and summarises the main points in a 12-15 minute video. So far he has covered books by Benjamin Graham, Warren Buffett, Robert Kiyosaki, Nassim Taleb, Anthony Bolton, John Templeton, Joel Greenblatt and others. Well worth a watch if you don't have time to read the books themselves.

Howard Marks is well worth reading if you want to educate yourself on how to think about investing in a smart way.

I read his books The Most Important Thing and Mastering The Market Cycle which are excellent.
