GoldDirect

They're based in Tallinn, Estonia.  They operate via numerous golddirect country specific domain names, including .com.  They appear to be connected to Baird & Co. in some form as there's talk in their T&Cs about them being their "UK refinery" and that's where you send your stuff to if you're selling to them.  Worth noting that you have to upload your passport or photo driving licence to open an account with them which is  firm "nope" from me.  No way of contacting them by any method other than email and their disclaimer at the bottom of every product page looks sketchy to me: "GoldDirect specifically disclaims any liability or responsibility for orders placed via our online order entry system, for any loses or direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages which you may recognize or incur as a result of the use of our online order entry system. Further, GoldDirect specifically disclaims any liability for the interruption, cancellation or other termination of the GoldDirect online order entry system. All quotes are delayed by at least 10 minutes."
