I've never been to the London one but my experience of coin fairs is a largish hall filled with tables containing coin display cabinets and dealers sat behind them.

The crowd will consist of scruffy middle aged men, many malodorous, and incognito TSF members mingling around trying to grab the bargains!

Well I'm going to be there but I won't identify myself. If anyone thinks they spot me and posts my picture in this thread, they'll get a nice prize.

There are 2 or 3 members on here who know what I look like so they can see fair play.😁

well it could have been me but I don't remember the hairstyle or the shreddies. Anyway it was 45 years ago and I've filled out a little since then🤣
