Previous owners of specific serial numbers get first refusal at their bars each year. 

#1 is always going to be reserved for ChrisSilver, the owner of the forum so that one will likely not ever be available.

Best thing to do is keep an eye on the forum and around July next year we will be making the 2020 versions and can link up then.

No I didn't. I was only interested in a few numbers. Those aren't available so I will look for something else. Why is that unusual? If you go to a store to buy something specific and they don't have it, is it unusual for you to leave and continue to shop elsewhere? Or do you just buy anything so you don't let the people around you think your behavior is unusual...Frankly your comment is rather, unusual...

It’s just an old expression that means ‘there is nothing more unusual than a human being’.

I say the same about my sister who religiously puts on numbers 1-2-3-4-5-6 on the lottery. She’s being doing it since the lottery started. It is not an insult, just a colloquialism.

In this case I just found it strange that you would only be interested in certain numbers and not the bars themselves. Moreover, BYB was only saying that 1 was reserved. 11 could actually be available.
