It will be too late this time I think, but for future reference does anybody recognise or remember this, and is it what it says on the tin? Both pictures and description don't give much away.

Vague listing even for me and there were several listed, never a good sign of a one off souviner purchase, only a fool would have gone for it. Every eBay instinct I have said leave it alone. Unfortunately I couldn't help myself and won one, so it looks like I'm going to find out.
