Ebayer Retrocave - has anyone used this guy before?

I'm looking at some silver coins on this guys page. It all looks legit, he's selling several coins and has a 100% feedback rating over 10000 transactions.

 

I've been on ebay for years but buying silver on ebay is something I don't feel too comfortable with. Has anyone bought from this guy?
