Crowdfunding expansion - BullionByPost

For those that are arm chair dragons and are registered with CrowdCube,  BullionByPost have put forward a pitch for funding and amounting to an offer of just over 6% of the company ( 'B' shares)  and for an investment of little over £2M.

 

Shareholder discount being offered on investments of over £1,000, yet it is unclear to what items the discount applies and how much can be obtained. (Reference is only made to gross margin rates, thus it is a bit opaque.) 

 

There is a small video pitch plus the usual financials. Plans include European expansion and taking advantage of the new relaxation of pension regulations and the tying in of some form of SIPP to gold buying and storage.
